Construction Waste Production Line Product Description

       The construction waste production line consists of raw material silo, vibrating (screening) feeder, jaw crusher, double toothed roll crusher (or special crusher for construction waste), three-roll crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, elevator, raw material warehouse, micro powder warehouse, dust collection system and electric control system and other equipment. With high degree of automation, not afraid of steel, not afraid of water, large output, etc., the construction waste production line basically does not need manual operation except for the normal startup, shutdown and daily maintenance of the equipment. Construction Waste Production Line Working Principle

    When working, the loader will pour the large construction waste into the silo, and then the vibrating feeder under the silo will evenly send it to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushed construction waste will be sent to the double-tooth-roll crusher (or the special crusher for construction waste) by the belt conveyor to carry out the secondary crushing; and the crushed construction waste will be sent to the multi-layer vibrating screen by the belt conveyor to carry on the screening, and the various kinds of aggregates will be sent away by the belt conveyor respectively. Unqualified construction waste is sent to three-roll crusher by belt conveyor for three times fine crushing, and sent to No.2 vibrating screen by belt conveyor, and the made sand is used in building commercial mixing station to make concrete, and can also be made into various colors of no-fired solid bricks, hollow bricks and blocks, which is both beautiful and environmentally friendly, and therefore favored by the customers of gardening, urban greening, housing renovation, etc. Unqualified part of the material is sent to raw material warehouse by belt conveyor and elevator. The unqualified part of materials are sent to the raw material warehouse by belt machine and elevator. The materials in the raw material warehouse are sent to the micro powder mill by belt conveyor for deep processing to make micro powder, and finally sent to the micro powder warehouse by belt conveyor and elevator for storage.
