       When the mobile crushing plant is working, turn on the electric control system according to the sequence, start all the equipments, use the loader to pour the raw materials into the silo to feed the integrated machine to send into the roller crusher for crushing, coarse crushing to the required particle size, sent away by the belt conveyor.
       When screening is needed, it is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen for screening, screening out different specification materials, and the finished materials are sent away by multiple belt conveyors. The unqualified coarse material returns to the crusher for secondary crushing, forming a closed-circuit crushing.
       The mobile crushing plant can be designed and configured with different forms of crushing equipments and models (jaw crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher, cone crusher, etc.) according to the condition of the materials and technical requirements, such as the processing capacity, raw material size, finished product size, moisture content, silicon content, hardness, etc.).
