Sand Production Line Product Description
Sand making production line is composed of raw material silo, vibrating (screening) feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, roller crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, sand washer, dewatering screen (fine sand recycling), electric control system and other equipment. It has the features of high finished product rate, no fear of moisture, low operation cost, large output, high automation degree, etc. It is a reasonable, mature and low operation cost sand production line in today's domestic market.
It can be used for crushing all kinds of stones with compressive strength less than 300Mpa, such as limestone, dolomite, river pebbles, granite, basalt, quartzite, potassium feldspar and so on. It is mainly used in building materials, sand making, steel and other industries.
The process design and equipment configuration of this sand production line are determined according to the customer's production requirements and our company's suggestions, and our company provides comprehensive services before, during and after the sale, and makes every effort to make a reasonable and economic sand production line for the customers.
Sand Production Line Working Principle
When the sand production line is working, turn on the electric control system according to the sequential order and start all the equipments, then the large materials are poured into the silo by the loader, and then evenly sent into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder, and the coarse crushed material is sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing, and the medium crushed material is sent to the roll crusher by the belt conveyor through the fabricator for fine crushing, and the finely crushed material is sent into the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for The finely crushed material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen for screening, which sifts out materials with different specifications. Sand particles meeting the requirements of particle size are sent by belt conveyor to sand washer to clean the soil, and finally sent to dewatering screen for dewatering, and meanwhile, the fine sand is recycled. The unqualified coarse material is returned to the roller sand making machine by the belt conveyor for crushing again, forming a closed loop.
When the processing capacity exceeds 75t/h; the maximum particle size of raw material exceeds 600mm or the production of dry-mixed mortar (3mm), it is recommended to add another roller sand making machine, which is completed by four-stage crushing equipment, so that the finished product rate is higher.
The processing capacity of sand production line can be designed according to customer's requirements and configured with different models of equipment, and the single production line can reach 10-300t/h when producing standard sand (4.75mm).
According to customer requirements this production line can be equipped with dust collector, that is, in the jaw crusher inlet and outlet; cone crusher inlet and outlet; two roller crusher inlet and outlet; vibrating screen inlet and outlet are added to the dust collection port; the use of dust collector fan of the high negative pressure of the fine particles adsorbed in the bag, and timed automatic vibration to clean up the bag, the dust will be collected, and to meet the national environmental standards.
