Introduction
    Three roller crusher is suitable for crushing solid materials that compression strength less than 240Mpa, moisture less than 15%. Such as fertilizers, coke, coal, cement clinker, ceramic materials, limestone, feldspar, slag, quartz, gypsum , clay, salt, chemicals and other solid materials. Features: reliable performance, low maintenance ratio, high crushing ratio, low dust, low noise.
   Three-roller crusher is a unique patented production (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0529725.7) which is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is used for the fine crushing. The feed size less than 90mm, the range of discharge size is 0.2-10mm. Many plants can use it such as fertilizer plant crushing fertilizer; ceramics crushing feldspar powder, cement industry crushing cement clinker, slag, coal, quartz industry producing quartz powder; iron ore industry making iron powder; chemical industry breaking all kinds of chemical raw materials, or in the similar occasions.
    Three-roller crusher has three abrasive rollers. According to the size demanded by the user, the roller surface can be flat, overlay welding or the optional combinations and so on. According to customer's requirement, the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling. The driving power can be made by electric motor or diesel engine.
Working Principle
Three-roller crusher has three high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. The three rollers rotate relative to make high pressure to crush materials. First, the material is entered into the gap between the top two rollers. Here, it is extruded, pressed and sheared (thick broken) because of the rotation of the top two rollers. Then, it is secondly extruded and gnawingly milled (fine crushing) by the lower two rollers (sharing grinding rollers with the top two rollers) which are relatively rotating. Last, the material is crushed into the required size, sent by the transport equipment.
