Vibrating Screens product description
       Vibrating screen is a kind of multi-layer number, high-efficiency vibrating screen, adopting cylinder type eccentric shaft exciter and bias block to adjust the amplitude, the material screen eliminates the long line, screening specifications, applicable to mining, coal processing, mineral processing, building materials, thermoelectricity and other industries. It is characterized by reliable performance, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, convenient maintenance and safe use.
Vibrating Screens working principle
       Vibrating screen is made of triangle belt coupling to transfer the rotary motion of the motor to the rotor shaft, under the action of eccentric block, the rotor shaft rotates with unequal centrifugal force, the trajectory is circular to do circular motion, and the machine body realizes the full amplitude vibration under the support of the spring to achieve the purpose of sieving materials.
