It can be widely used in mining , thermal power , cement, ceramics , metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials industry. Features: low maintenance ratio, reliable performance , low dust, low noise .
Double roller crusher is configured with two crushing rollers , according to the granularity user needs, the roll surface is divided into two forms: flat surface and welding roller surface, heavier models can be selected if the compressive strength of the material is more than 200Mpa .
Flat roller surface models is suitable for the following technical requirements: feed size less than 80mm, finished size 0.5-10mm . It can be used in the pre- crushing of cement clinker in cement industry , limestone and composites; CWS industry pre- crushing coal; iron ore industry pre-crushing slag , iron ore, silicon ore; brick factories crushing all kinds of ore to make unburned brick ; power plant crushing coal; or at similar crushing occasions .
Working Principle
Double roller crusher has two high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers. The two rollers turn relative together to generate high extrusion pressure to break materials, The material enter into the space between the two rolls, suffered both extrusion and shear force. In the crusher rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
