1. Introduction
    Triple rollers crusher is the patented product of our company(ZL 2010 2 0529725.7).It is suitable for the solid materials that compression strength less than 240Mpa and moisture less than 15% to proceed fine crushing. Such as fertilizers, coke, coal, cement clinker, ceramic materials, limestone, feldspar, slag, quartz, gypsum , clay, salt, chemicals and other solid materials as above.
 According to the discharge requirement of customer,the roller surface can be chosen from the combinations of flat,overlay or both of them.
Reliable performance, low maintenance ratio, high crushing ratio, low dust, low noise.

2. Working Principle


Three-roller crusher has three high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. The materials was crushed by the high pressure which produced by the three rollers counter rotating,the materias enter into the crushing cavity on the top ot two rollers and get the pressure from counter rotating of the two rollers(rough crushing),after being extruded and grinded by the two upper rollers,the materials was produceed the second extruding and grinding (fine crushing)by the two below rollers(intermediate roll is the shared roller with the top one),then the materials was crushed into the required size and sent out by belt conveyor.

A: We produce  about 4000 sets every year. Now we have expended our workshop and build another bigger one.

  2.Q: How about your delivery time?

A: With 30 days after deposit is received, or according to customer's requirement.

A: The MOQ is 1 set, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. 

 4.Q: Do you have stock?

A: All machines we send to customers are new one. We don't have any stock to ensure customers use best new one.

1). First time cooperation, 30% deposit as confirmation of the order and 70% to be paid befor goods are delivered from factory.
