Impact Hammer Crusher working principle
Impact hammer crusher spindle installed with a number of regularly distributed hammerheads, with the turntable and through the hammer to form a rotor, through the motor, belt drive spindle, so that the rotor rotates, hammers are rotated by the centrifugal force generated by the centrifugal force in all directions to unfold the large pieces of material from the inlet into the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotation of the hammerheads to hit the material to meet the requirements of the crusher by the lower castor gap in the lower part of the discharged, not to meet the requirements of the material to stay in the crushing chamber, by the hammers and the material to hit each other repeatedly, until reach the fineness of the discharged out of the machine.
