Description

       Impact crusher is suitable for crushing solid materials with compressive strength not exceeding 350Mpa, such as granite, basalt, iron ore, manganese ore, limestone, gold ore, concrete, etc. It is characterized by large crushing ratio, good crushing granularity, compact structure, reliable performance, long life of plate hammer and easy maintenance. It has the features of large crushing ratio, good crushing grain shape, compact structure, reliable performance, long life of plate hammer and convenient maintenance. Therefore, it is widely used in railroad, highway, cement, mining, chemical industry, construction and other industries.
 

Working Principle

       Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery which utilizes the impact energy to crush materials. When the rotor is driven by the electric motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed, and the materials enter into the area of plate hammer action, and the plate hammers on the rotor impact and crush, and then are thrown to the impact device to be crushed again, and then bounced back to the area of plate hammer action to be re-crushed from the impact lining plate, and the process repeats itself, i.e., the materials are crushed by the impact of each other in the first impact area, and then enter into the second impact area to be impacted and crushed again until the materials are crushed to the adjusted particle size, and are discharged by the outlet.
