Scrap Production Line Working Principle
When the scrap steel crushing production line works, refer to the operating instructions in accordance with the sequence of opening the electronic control system, start the equipment. This scrap steel crushing production line is equipped with dust collection system, which is composed of cyclone dust collector and bag type dust collector, and the dust collector is installed in the inlet and outlet of heavy shredder, inlet and outlet of scrap steel crusher, and the separation port of magnetic separation machine respectively. First use the high negative pressure of the cyclone dust collector high-power fan to collect the coarse particles in the dust, and then use the high negative pressure of the bag-type dust collector high-power fan to adsorb the fine particles in the bag, and regularly and automatically vibrate to clean up the bag to collect, to meet the national environmental standards.
