       The single teethed roller crusher is suitable for coarse crushing of solid materials below medium hardness (compression hardness < 150Mpa), such as sintered ore, coal, slag, oil shale, soft ore and other materials. It has characteristics of large crushing ratio, high temperature resistant, simple structure, reliable performance and low power consumption. It can be used in metallurgy, coal mine, electric power, chemical industry, mining and other industries.

Single Teethed Roller Crusher Working Principle

       Single teethed-roller crusher is a new type of coarse crushing equipment designed by combining the advantages of roller crusher and jaw crusher together and utilizing the advantages of these two types of crushers.

       The single roller crusher is composed of a teethed roller and a set of fixed screen plate, the teethed roller is driven by motor, reducer and coupler, the large materials from the inlet into the crushing cavity consisting of teethed roller and screen plate, by the impact of the crushing teeth and splitting effect, the material will be crushed into the required size. In order to ensure the reliability of the single-teethed roller crusher under high temperature , the hollow spindle water circulation cooling method is adopted to control the bearing temperature within a certain range.
