1. Introduction

Three-roller crusher is a unique patented production (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0529725.7) which is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is used for the fine crushing. The feed size less than 90mm, the range of discharge size is 0.2-10mm. Many plants can use it such as fertilizer plant crushing fertilizer; ceramics crushing feldspar powder, cement industry crushing cement clinker, slag, coal, quartz industry producing quartz powder; iron ore industry making iron powder; chemical industry breaking all kinds of chemical raw materials, or in the similar occasions.
Three-roller crusher has three abrasive rollers. According to the size demanded by the user, the roller surface can be flat, overlay welding or the optional combinations and so on. According to customer's requirement, the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling. The driving power can be made by electric motor or diesel engine.
2. Working Principle
Three-roller crusher has three high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. The materials was crushed by the high pressure which produced by the three rollers counter rotating,the materias enter into the crushing cavity on the top ot two rollers and get the pressure from counter rotating of the two rollers(rough crushing),after being extruded and grinded by the two upper rollers,the materials was produceed the second extruding and grinding (fine crushing)by the two below rollers(intermediate roll is the shared roller with the top one),then the materials was crushed into the required size and sent out by belt conveyor.
