Performance Characteristic
The vibrating screen sieve machine drive use simple structure, easy maintenance and flexible valve type coupling and flexible disc coupling, to overcome the shortcomings of universal coupling which are easily damaged in operation. The vibration exciter using the eccentric block structure is more compact. This equipment can be used with feeding box to increase the effective screening area of the vibrating screen and extending the service life of the feed-side screen. Adding the intermediate bearing seat to transmission part to provide effective protection for the motor, this extended motor service life. Motor is able to mounted on both sides of the screen frame. This series of machines adopt seat mounting. Screen surface dip angle can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring bearing.
Working Principle
The motor drive the rotor to rotate through the V-belt. Under the function of eccentric block ,the rotor do circular motion. The main engine, under the support of the spring, do full amplitude vibration to achieve material crushing.
The motor rotation is passed to the rotor shaft by V belt or coupler. With the function of eccentric block, the rotor shaft rotates by an unequal centrifugal force. The trajectory is circular. Under the support of the spring, the body achieves full amplitude vibration to attain the purpose of screening materials.
