1. Introduction
Double roller crusher is suitable for such solid materials that compression strength less than 300Mpa, moisture less than 35 %, and usually for fine and intermediate crushing. It can be widely used in mining , thermal power , cement, ceramics , metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials industry. Double roller crusher is configured with two crushing rollers , according to the granularity user needs, the roll surface is divided into two forms: flat surface and welding roller surface, heavier models can be selected if the compressive strength of the material is more than 200Mpa .
Flat Roll Surface models is suitable for the following technical requirements: feed size less than 80mm, finished size 0.5-10mm . Such as the use of pebbles , construction waste making sand ; mining crushing iron ore, quartz stone ; ceramic industry break raw materials ; metallurgical industry crushing coke , quicklime ; coking plant finely pulverized etc, or at similar crushing occasions.
Welding Roll Surface models suitable for feed size less than 150mm, finished size 3 - 30mm in crushing operations. It can be used in the pre- crushing of cement clinker in cement industry , limestone and composites; CWS industry pre- crushing coal; iron ore industry pre-crushing slag , iron ore, silicon ore; brick factories crushing all kinds of ore to make unburned brick ; power plant crushing coal; or at similar crushing occasions .
2. Working Principle
Double roller crusher has two high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers. The two rollers turn relative together to generate high extrusion pressure to break materials, The material enter into the space between the two rolls, suffered both extrusion and shear force. In the crusher rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
Double Tooth Roller Crusher Introduction
Double Tooth Roller Crusher has two teethed rolls. The roll surface has big (or small) wolf tooth, ring tooth, straight tooth, big board tooth and other kinds of tooth. It is suitable for the feed size less than 1200mm and finished product size is 10-300mm crushing operations. This crusher is fit for less powder and more granules coarse crushing and secondary crushing requirement.
This crusher can be applied to the following occasions: power plants, coking factory crushing coal, breaking raw coal of coal mine, steel industry breaking coke, petroleum coke crushing in coal chemical industry, electronics industry crushing silica, carbon industry crushing carbon block, solar industry crushing waste glass, concrete industry crushing lime and asphalt, or in the similar industry and so on.
According to customer requirement, the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling. The driving power can be made by electric motor or diesel engine.
