Double shaft shredder knives are made of special alloy steel (high-speed steel or tool steel) through a special processing technology, with good wear resistance, high strength, repairable and other characteristics, tooth knife in the thickness, tooth shape, arrangement order and other aspects of the design of a unique, strong shear force to improve the shredding efficiency; drive part of the drive using heavy-duty planetary gear reducer drive, with a low rotational speed, torque, low noise and other characteristics; large angle hexagonal column of the Strong rotary shaft with large angle hexagonal column, thus it can be put into large raw materials with confidence; the electrical part is controlled by PLC program and touch screen, with automatic detection of overload protection and reversing functions.

Double Shaft Shredder Working Principle
Double shaft shredder uses two wear-resistant shredding rollers, the two shredding rollers to implement the relative rotation between the two, forming a V-shape shredding chamber, resulting in the shear force to break the material, the material into the gap between the two rollers (V-shape crushing chamber), by the relative rotation of the two rollers of the shear force, the material enter into the tearing, shear to the required particle size by the outlet discharge.
