Product Introduction

Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing hard materials with compressive strength less than 250Mpa, as well as intermediate and fine crushing operations of medium hard materials, such as limestone, dolomite, shale, gypsum mine, gravel, coal gangue, and other medium hard and brittle materials. It has the characteristics of high crushing ratio, uniform discharge particle size, and can choose and reserve sieve plates according to different user needs. Working Principle

There are multiple sets of regularly distributed hammer heads installed on the spindle of the hammer crusher, which form a rotor with a turntable and a penetrating hammer. The rotor is driven by an electric motor and a V-belt to rotate. The hammer is subjected to centrifugal force generated during rotation and unfolds in all directions. After the large material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, it is hit by the high-speed rotating hammer head. The material that meets the requirements is discharged from the gap between the castor bars at the bottom of the crusher, Materials that do not meet the requirements are left in the crushing chamber and repeatedly struck by the hammer and material until they reach the fineness before being discharged from the machine.
