Description

        Heavy hammer crusher combines hammer crushing and impact crushing in one machine, which is suitable for coarse and medium crushing operation of materials below medium hardness. This equipment reduces the number of hammer heads, so it reduces the over-crushing rate of stone materials, improves the throughput of stone materials, reduces the amount of stone powder, and saves the cost of equipment wear and tear. It increases the volume of hammer head and prolongs the wear resistance of hammer head. Both ends of the heavy hammer crusher are equipped with heavy-duty pulleys, which stabilizes the inertia when the equipment is running and reduces the power consumption. And the wear-resistant sheath is installed around the rotor disk, which is easy to dismantle and install, so that the stone will not directly wear the rotor disk, which greatly improves the use cycle of the rotor.

       Therefore, the heavy hammer crusher has the characteristics of low energy consumption, low investment, eco-friendlyb, high efficiency, etc. It is suitable for mining, building materials, highway, railroad, chemical industry and other industries.

 Working Principle

       When working, open the electric control system, start the main motor through the V belt motors within the rotor, heavy feeder will be chunks of material into the crusher, chunks of material into the crushing chamber by the hammer head impact, larger than the gap between the shed bars of the ore by the high-speed rotation of the hammer head strong blow, crushed or thrown up the ore, thrown up the ore impact to the counterattack lining plate or self-phase collision and crushed again, less than the size of the grate slit from the lower part of the cavity discharged.
